Short skills - Throwies

THROWIES!!!
WE'RE GOING TO MAKE SOME
THEY ARE ACE. I LIKE!

I hope you like to....

My ‘new media’ lecturer at BCU brought Throwies to my attention.
The idea of reusable graffiti art is fantastic, as it enables artist to create some pretty special tags and art works that are non-permanent and re-usable for an amount of time. Throwies are cost effective when ordered in bulk, so enable group 'Throwies' sessions to take place with a minimum of cost.

Many more ideas like this are available at Graffiti Research
Lab
Have a good look around these pages, they are making a good point about expression and outlets in which we can utilise to do it. It may at points seem a little anarchistic, but its very pretty and thats the most important thing when trying to get funding for this kind of instillation art!
